Saketini

There is something about a themed cocktail that just makes the vibe! While I am not a huge fan of most sake, I find a saketini to be delicious. It’s the perfect touch anytime you order sushi- or when hosting a sushi themed dinner party or just ordering sushi for a date night in.
The measurements below are for a single cocktail, but you can easily batch these out for a crowd! Just multiply each ingredient by the number of cocktails you want to make, add .5 to 1 oz of water per cocktail, and pop in the freezer until guests arrive.

For one cocktail:

2 oz. cucumber vodka
1 oz. sake
Cucumber slices to garnish

Add vodka and sake to a shaker filled with ice. Shake, shake, shake! Strain into a martini glass and serve with cucumber slices.
