Homemade Irish Cream

If you have ever enjoyed Baileys in your coffee, or over ice, you are in for a real treat with this homemade version (which is 1 million times better). 1 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk 
2 cups of half and half
1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup whiskey

Combine sweetened condensed milk, half and half, coffee and vanilla extract in a large bowl. Whisk together until everything is well mixed. Pour into a bottle or pitcher. Add whisky. Give a good shake and chill at least 24 hours before serving.

Store in the refrigerator up to 2 weeks
