Bistro Spritz

We’re recreating a refreshing cocktail we’ve enjoyed at one of our favorite spots in NYC - @qualitybistro This spritz will be our new go-to cocktail for spring! We’re using @caposaldowine Prosecco as it’s a super affordable sparkling for a spritz. Caposaldo means “benchmark” in Italian, and Caposaldo wines are the benchmark for quality in Italian winemaking. It’s spritzy, food-friendly and a great value bottle of Prosecco! Add a splash of freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice and a little elderflower liqueur and you’ve got yourself a new spring cocktail!

Serves one….

1.5 ounces vodka

1 ounce elderflower liqueur

2 ounces freshly-squeezed grapefruit juice

As much Prosecco as you wish to top it off!

Pour ingredients over ice - give it a little stir and enjoy. Garnish with a large slice of grapefruit!
