Triple Chocolate Bark with Cherries & Pistachios

We first saw this technique of melting chocolate bars in the oven from @host_to_perfection and thought, brilliant!! Each bite is an infusion of all three chocolate flavors! We added dried cherries and pistachios and a big pinch of flaky salt. This bark is so perfect for gifting or for putting out with your desserts and coffee💫

6 bars of chocolate (we used a mix of white, milk and dark)
1/4 cup roasted, salted pistachios
1/2 cup dried cherries
Large pinch of flaky sea salt

Preheat oven to 180°

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay the chocolate bars on top of the parchment paper. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and, using a knife or a skewer (a sharp edge is key), make swirling motions until your chocolate is as combined as you like.

Sprinkle the top of the chocolate with pistachios, dried cherries, and flaky salt. Place the baking tray in the freezer until the chocolate has set and hardened. Break chocolate into pieces. We like to store this in the freezer in a big Ziploc bag.
