Our last game day recipe is inspired by our favorite Instagram Grandmother- Babs from @brunchwithbabs and will be a winner for all!

1 store bought pizza dough
1 lb. sweet Italian sausage
1/2 lb. hot Italian Sausage (You can use all sweet if serving to kids.)
1/2 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 egg yolk, whisked
Marinara sauce for serving

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a skillet over medium heat, brown and crumble the sweet and hot sausages.

Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Put 2/3 of the sausage mixture in the middle of the pizza dough. Combine the cheeses and place 2/3 of the cheese on top of the sausage. Fold one side of the pizza dough over top and press down. Top the side you folded over with the remaining sausage and cheese. Fold remaining flap over and press down the edges. Brush top with egg yolk and cut two slits in the top to release steam.

Bake for 30-35 minutes.
