Pimento Cheese Sausage Bites

First thing that comes to mind when someone mentions The Masters. Green jacket? Pimiento cheese? Yep. That’s where our minds go. These are the perfect accompaniment to our Peach John Daly 💫 Par-Tee time 💫

Pimiento Cheese Sausage Bites

1 1/2 cups flour
1 Tablespoon baking powder
1 Pound breakfast sausage
5 tablespoon butter, melted
1 1/2 cup pimiento cheese (we recommend making your own!! Recipe below.)

To make you own pimiento cheese:

8 oz shredded white cheddar
4 oz shredded yellow cheddar
4 oz pimientos-drained and finely diced
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp Tabasco
1/4 tsp Cholula hot sauce
3 tbsp chopped chives

Combine all ingredients for pimento cheese together.


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown sausage over medium high heat in a skillet. Crumble with a wooden spoon.

Combine flour, baking powder, crumbled breakfast sausage, melted butter and pimiento cheese together in a large bowl with a spatula. Roll mixture into one inch balls (or use a cookie scoop to make it easier) and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes until golden brown.
