1 sheet puff pastry, thawed according to box directions
1/4 pound shaved ham
1 cup Gruyere or Swiss
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon Parmesan
1 Egg

Roll puff pastry out on a floured service. Brush pastry with mustard. Layer on the ham and the then the cheese. Start at one end and roll as tightly as possible. Brush with egg on all sides and cut into thin discs. Lay flat on parchment lined baking sheet. Brush tops with egg and sprinkle Parmesan on top.

Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
