French Martini

After college, we lived together in SoHo, and @balthazarny was our spot—an institution! So many memories of dinners out with friends and family which often included this cocktail! It’s a classic, developed back in the ’80s, and still on the menu for good reason. The perfect cocktail to kick off a French-themed dinner💫

2 ounces vodka
½ ounce Chambord
1 1/2 ounces pineapple juice
Raspberries for garnish

Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Pour into a coop, glass and garnish with raspberries.
