Cran-Crack Dip
This cranberry relish is so good and so easy– it is going to be the appetizer that you’re going to bring to every holiday gathering this season. You can serve this with tortilla chips, but we like to serve it over cream cheese. Specifically already whipped cream cheese. It’s also delicious over goat cheese and leftovers are a must as a spread in your turkey and Brie sandwiches :)
12 oz bag of cranberries
2 jalapeños, seeds and membranes removed
4 green onions, white and light green parts only
1/2 tablespoon lime juice
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 cup sugar
12 oz container of whipped cream cheese
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
Wheat Thins, to serve
Add cranberries, jalapeños, green onions, lime juice, kosher salt, and sugar to a food processor and pulse until a relish-like consistency.
Spoon whipped cream cheese into a wide shallow bowl. Spoon cranberry relish on top. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve with Wheat Thins.
